Developmental stage agility coaching model

There are already some great models for agile coaching - in particular the Agile Coaching Competency Framework created by Lyssa Adkins, and the Agile Coaching Growth Wheel.

But these models don't help us with the contradictions we encounter as agile coaches - the expert paradox and the ideology paradox.

This new model provides a way of understanding and navigating these tensions in service of our clients.
